About

I help organizations understand and operationalize Generative AI.

From how frontier models are actually trained and evaluated, to how enterprises deploy them at scale — most of what I know, I've learned from the inside. Working at the intersection of AI development, data operations, and model quality at Scale AI gives me a rare vantage point. And increasingly, it's exactly what investors, consultants, and strategy teams need when making decisions about the AI landscape.

Born in Shiraz, Iran in 1982, I moved to Hamburg, Germany at the age of three and grew up there for over twenty-five years. I'm a German citizen and speak four languages — Farsi, German, English, and French — which means I can engage with European and Middle Eastern clients directly, without translation layers.

My MBA took me across universities in Germany, the UK, China, and the US. After graduation, my career has spanned Riyadh, Vienna, Dublin, Berlin, and New York — from heading marketing at a supermarket chain in Saudi Arabia, to building businesses at Google, Yum Brands, and Mastercard, to co-founding Tuli Technologies, a social commerce platform.

After nearly two decades in the corporate world, I took a year-long sabbatical to travel the world. I've now visited almost 100 countries and still venture toward new unknown places whenever I can. When I'm not working with AI, you'll find me diving with sharks.

Consulting & Advisory

What I specialize in.

I combine hands-on practitioner knowledge with a consulting mindset — I don't just know what is happening in AI, I can explain why it matters and what to do about it.

GenAI Operations & Model Evaluation

RLHF, RLAIF, human feedback pipelines, and the operational infrastructure that powers frontier model development.

Synthetic Data Strategy

Data pipeline design for LLM pre-training and fine-tuning — what works, what doesn't, and how to scale it.

AI Quality Assurance

Benchmarking methodologies, red-teaming frameworks, computer-use evaluation, and building trust in AI systems.

LLMOps & Agentic AI

Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic system design, and the infrastructure for autonomous AI workflows.

Enterprise GenAI Strategy

Roadmap development, implementation planning, and organizational design for enterprise AI adoption.

AI Vendor Assessment

Due diligence on data labeling platforms, frontier model APIs, and the full AI tooling stack.

Available for expert network calls, advisory engagements, and consulting projects. If you're an expert network associate (AlphaSights, ThirdBridge, GLG, Guidepoint, Coleman Research, Inex One, OfficeHours, Zintro) looking for someone who can speak to the AI data and model development ecosystem — I'm your person.
